to not want a third tit?

Because it seems my body is trying to grow one out of the side of my left breast. It appeared yesterday and is just getting bigger and more red. I suppose the third tit doesn't care it is being unreasonable or not though.

Seriously, get it clean with a nice sterilised wipe or cloth, and pop along to your nearest Health Centre or walk-in tomorrow.

You may need anti-biotics and in the meantime a couple of ibuprofen will help.

No, there aren't pictures. I'll pass on circulating pics of my left breast on the Internet.

It doesn't hurt and it's very near the surface. I'm certain it's a non worrying third tit.

Are you sure it doesn't hurt? Because incipient zits usually ache and itch as they form.

A non-painful breast lump is, I think, a bit more worrying than a hot zit. If it isn't looking more zit-like tomorrow, maybe you should consider flashing at the GP?
