Water,bucket and bed. And lock up first.

lie on the floor so you can't fall off, and lie on your side so when/if you throw up you don't choke on it. DO NOT lie on your back or on a surface where you can slip so your head is lower than your waist.

Lots of water before bed. Make sure there's a clear path to the toilet if you don't have a bucket. Have toast or fry up for breakfast rather than something with milk.

Get yourself some water and get into bed, lie on your side not your back, just chill and eventually you will fall asleep.

If you want to stop honey you need to see your doctor. It is not fair on yourself or your children if you drink too much, it damages your liver and causes in some cases irreversible damage. No child should be without their Ma.

i know dh is lovely. bt brings 3 bottles of wine anight. since his siste died and my dad its been a habit. no excuses. he has 14 dd and we have 10ds . and i know we need to slow dowm. we both function in day and work.. im ashamed
