Seriously? Bubs? seriously?

I can think of very few ways to describe a child that are less annoying than Bubs,AIBU?

My in-laws referred to my son when he was small as "the babs" seriously it made me want to choke them.
They never called my second child it as think DP must had a word.
An irrational rage came over me every time they said it.

i had no idea people hated HUBBY Blush i dont call him hubby but i do on sites when talking about him his nicknames Tiger or hunny bunny which i call him when i want something haha

i get an irrational rage when my sister calls the dog popster instead of poppy i actually want to hit her its sounds so naff and shes renames ALL my kids too agggghhh now im in a mood Angry
