Me too.

Specially Cathedral City Mature. Has to be mature, not mild.

Goes with anything.(almost) Smile

bupcakesandcunting · 05/06/2011 21:46

I agree with all of the above EXCEPT stick it on a curry.

IN a curry, saag paneer stylee, yes.

LyingWitchInTheWardrobe2726 · 05/06/2011 21:47

Me too. :)

My favourite is Davidstow Cheddar from Waitrose. It doesn't taste the same from other places, in fact from each supermarket it tastes different, even if it's Davidstow Cheddar... Confused

I work for a French company and visit there quite often. I hate their cheese. I've never admitted that to them... but I really loathe it and they're so proud of it and want to share it... :(

I bloody love the French, just hate their cheese.

PhishFoodAddiction · 05/06/2011 21:47

YANBU.

Unless it goat's cheese which makes me want to heave.

Your username always makes me crave a cheese toastie Grin

I worked in a deli once, oh was heavenly stealing sampling bits of cheese on a daily basis...

mrsdonkeybucket · 05/06/2011 21:48

Just thought of one of my favourites. Smile

Cheese and tuna mayo toastie.

Now they are lovely.

FunnysInTheGarden · 05/06/2011 21:49

I bloody love most sorts of cheese, shame they have a trillion WW points per miligram..........I could eat 10,000 Banon all at one go.

redflagsahoy · 05/06/2011 21:51

Cheese is my number 1 favourite food of all time. I've never had the cheese/curry combo though. Cheese on fresh white bread from the oven with a nice glass of red....oh drool

ApocalypseCheeseToastie · 05/06/2011 21:52

Bupcakes, you do not like it on a curry because you have never tried it on a curry. Cheese is bloody good on a curry.

It is also good with chips and gravy

Me too, we are a house of cheese lovers here! DH and I have just had an occassional treat of a massive cheese and biscuit selection for our dinner, was delicious.

My favourite is either a ripe Brie or good old cheddar

TalcAndTurnips · 05/06/2011 21:56

Does anybody want to join me down at Clwb Sboncyn for a nice pint of Cheese Water?

(a prize of a truckle of vintage cheddar goes to anyone who knows what the hell I'm going on about)

JellyMould · 05/06/2011 21:56

Are you related to Alex from cbeebies?

SmethwickBelle · 05/06/2011 21:56

Me too, just had some stilton and tinned pears for second dinner Grin

ApocalypseCheeseToastie · 05/06/2011 21:58

bupcakesandcunting · 05/06/2011 21:58

Oooh, chips, cheese and gravy. I remember that delightful concoction from back in the days when I used to visit my boyfriend at uni' in Cumbria. I think it was a Cumbrian delicacy Grin

I never tried it, I am happy to say.

TarquinGyrfalcon · 05/06/2011 21:58

Grated cheddar cheese on chips with salad cream

ApocalypseCheeseToastie · 05/06/2011 21:59

Talcandturnips, you owe me a truckle of English cheddar. 'Pint of cheese water' is from the TV series Absolutely Grin

Goofymum · 05/06/2011 22:03

YANBU. I have just polished off a round of cheese and biscuits and could do the whole lot again. Convinced myself that I was sticking to my low GI diet with the biscuits being oatcakes. Grin

Numberfour · 05/06/2011 22:04

YANBU at alllllllllllllllll.... best thing about my home is that DH and DS detest the stuff. All the more for me.

bupcakesandcunting · 05/06/2011 22:05

Actually, it wasn't an actual uni', he was at agricultural college in Penrith...

My best mate and her DP met at Lancaster uni'. What year did you graduate, Apocalypse?

TalcAndTurnips · 05/06/2011 22:06

Your virtual cheese is winging its way to you as we speak
