Noticed someone in a communal changing room putting tights on followed by knickers on top. I can't imagine why you would want to do that unless a) your tights were constantly falling down or b) you were chanelling Superman. Am I missing something or can someone enlighten me as to why this would be a good idea?
[disclaimer: I don't usually spend my time looking at other women's underwear in changing rooms - honest ]

Because tights aren't cotton, they are nylon? (are they? at least they are not cotton or a breathable fabric)
They must be awfully sweaty right next to your fanjo.
Mind you, I seem to have an opinion when I last wore a skirt, and therefore tights, about 3 years ago.
I'd have to wear some kind of hideous old lady maximum strength tights to hide my thigh cellulite, so these days I just go for the trousers.

I don't see why anyone would want to wear tights at all, unless their work has a dress code that dictates them. They are disgusting things that serve no useful purpose [and I include stockings in this category]. Just wear trousers in the winter, trousers or skirts with bare legs in the summer.
