I love marmite on very hot toast best but also on cold toast, sandwiches, cheese on toast... I use it in cooking - but I just cannot get my head around the idea of it with anything sweet - the thought of it with chocolate makes me gag!

I'm vegetarian so don't make Beef Wellington, but I know how much work (& expense!!) is involved, so if I went to all of that trouble to make it and someone put HP sauce anywhere near it - they would die a certain death.

Hmm. I shall have to do some research before I pass judgement.
