sign their Christmas cards with "& bump". We all know your pregnant FFS!

Maybe they're just excited and you're an old misery?

Dexterrocks · 12/12/2010 13:23

Are they not just excited about welcoming a new member into their family?

To let people know I have just had a baby, I might a small amoung of baby sick in each card. That is seriously cute.

FancyALittle · 12/12/2010 13:27

I know people who do that, and also draw a little stick couple holding hands, but the stick lady has a big tummy.

I don't really hate anyone of course, it just makes me vomit a bit. OMG at FancyALittles ones, I just would stop being friends with those people.

'I might a small amoung of baby sick in each card.'

That would make a welcome change TBH to people thinking we'll love hands full of glitter/stars falling out when we open the envelope Hmm

Especially when I've just hoovered.

LaWeaselMys · 12/12/2010 16:02

I did that yesterday too LPH.

I think they'll cope.

overmydeadbody · 12/12/2010 16:04

lol at "especially when I've jus hoovered".

The whole 'bump' tihng is too cutesy for me.

earwicga · 12/12/2010 16:04

I put '& spawn' (twins) to my card to my mother. She was disgusted Grin

borderslass · 12/12/2010 16:05

I was Shock that you can buy cards from the bump now.

SpringHeeledJack · 12/12/2010 16:05

I am going to write the dogs' names

and do pretend cutesy paw prints

fayc84 · 12/12/2010 16:06

Oh dear, I was guilty of signing my cat's name in a card once. My grampa got quite confused so it didn't happen again.
I signed my hubby's anniversary card this year "Mrs S and lentil" (that's what he called the baby before it was a bump) but it was when we'd just found out we were expecting our first baby and I don't think he was offended. hangs head in shame

Hassledge · 12/12/2010 16:07

I sign off with love Hassled, Mr Hassled and the many and various offspring dear God we've had too many children xx.

That's OK, surely?

AngelZigzagsSparklyYuletideLog · 12/12/2010 16:13

It's not often I say this, but oh FFS borderlass Hmm

I was hoping you weren't telling the truth, but no, google backs you up and they are available just not online.

Pity, I'd like to see how they portrayed a card from an unborn baby.

Whatever next? From DHs sperm??
