Thongs visible over jeans

AIBU to reckon that anyone bending down and exposing their thongs over the top of their jeans should be forced to stay indoors.

Honestly, 3 thongs I've seen today, peeking out over the tops of jeans. It's revolting. Buy a belt or put some nice big knickers on, there's a good girl.

One of the offender's jeans were riding so low that I could see arse crack, that's how bad it was.

I have got a "tramp stamp" But I only showcase it in the shower/bath and on beaches. And it is very tasteful and beautiful so shut up

YANBU. I am normally a pretty tolerant sort of person, but actually spoke to my DDs head of year when we lived in Thailand. Her TA always always always had hers on display. A couple of boys in her class had made a graph so they could record whether Khun Ning had red, blue, rhinestone etc on that day. She honestly didn't think it was horrible - (me and a couple of other mothers thought she may be a bar girl at night though)

An aside but aren't thongs really unhygienic? It's like flossing your bum crack. If you get a sweaty crack one day then your thong will smell of sweaty bum crack.

Have just checked with DH and mine does not show when I bend over. Phew!!! So I can continue to hold my head up high in Waitrose. And Wilkinson, which BTW was very good for kitting out kids student flats!!!

I tried to wear one last year under a close-fitting bridesmaid dress. Honestly, I do not see the point of them. The string doesn't cover anything, it just nestles between things, IWSWIM so I went commando. They drove me mad after one minute, I'd have been picking them out of my bottom all day.

yep thongs showing over the top of the waistband is vile there is a very overweight girl who lives in my street who wears her big knickers hanging out of her jeans and TBH she doesnt look any better than if it were a thong...

OH well I regularly flash mine and my tramp stamp in fact my friend was worried he had got to the wrong place then he saw my thong hanging out and said he knew it was me.

But you know what I just don't give a shit . ROFL I was mortified once though I was in my friends convertible stood up leaned in the back to see to a screaming baby and my trousers fell down flashed my arse at the guy in the parking space next to me and had to sit next to him grinning for 20 minutes while waiting for my friend.
