please help!!!!

my son has medicine for his ezcema to stop him scratching but its not working has anyone got a suggestions please i am going mad here i feel so helpless he wont stop and hes still up and got school in the morning and his legs are full of blood

update.. took my little boy to dermatologist and she was shocked how bad he was gave him some more cream and seein him again on friday because the doctor is their and she said if it isnt any better she will decide what to do next whatever that means she took somemore swabs get the results on friday. took perscription to doctors have to wait 2 days for it but had to beg and got it for tommorrow morning cause hes really bad everywhere had to carry him out of hospital all the back of his legs are cracked and it hurts him to walk had to go and buy him a buggy cause he was to heavy looks a bit silly but rather have that than see my poor angel in pain hopefully this cream will work got my fingers crossed

Thanks Hoochie for the tips DS was just diagnosed as allergic to dairy/cow milk protein...

Oh and coconut milk is supposed to be a good alternative also...

hes ok went back again today to check him again and his skin is alot softer an shes given him some pjs made for children with ezcema 85 pound a piece my doctor is going to love me but my dermatolagist is wonderful and i am now hopeful thankyou for everyones help xx
