Lol Simpson. I stick to Farmville. I used to do Farm Town too but it all got a bit confusing

have just started on farm Town now but find the music very annoying.

I've saved up and bought myself a house and barn on FarmTown, but they haven't appeared on my farm. Does anyone know if there's some sort of a delay period before they'll appear, or should I be making a placard and marching on FarmTown HQ??

I have just plowed whole field in Farmville and planted raspberries and my experience points did not change at all Grrrr.

stayingsunnygirl when you select them in the market you should see them being dragged by your cursor until you pick a place to put them. Just like when you buy a tree or whatever.

Ohh I am such an IDIOT!!! If you want to see the buildings you buy, you have to check the box in the tools section that says, 'Show Buildings'!!!

And now it is half-past midnight, and I am still on farmtown, completely changing the layout of my farm and ploughing and planting it all again.

I'm not hooked. I can give it up any time.....

....just let me finish planting these fields....

I found Farm town yesterday, It is addictive and I seem to be in competition with my little sister to get through the levels fastest

I am struggling with getting the experience points and money like she does though. She has already bought a house I am far too poor for that

I love FarmTown.
Do you all know that you can harvest your friends fields and get them to harvest yours to get more cash or go to the marketplace and get a job harvesting for someone else.
I 'earnt' 70000 coins last night harvesting somebodys pineapples.
Now I can afford to expand and buy a house.
If only RL was so easy!!!

Me too...I considered setting up another account for all the junk mail to go to, but then it wouldnt be linked to my fb account...so that wont work.

Prob your best course of action is to just plant whatever grows fastest cause then you can do it a few times a day. once your funds are up a bit, plough new ground and plant ones that take a little longer, but keep planting shorter ones too....

Was thinking of giving warzone tower defence another go. played it for about 2 months, mainly to beat dds dad at it, then to beat his mate. but in the end it was taking over an hour to beat previous score and no save point. No point when you only get a few mins here and there!

I've a question regarding animals? Does it take time for cows to produce milk, hens to produce eggs etc? As have had mine for three days and they are not doing anything?

claire on farmville it takes a few days, if you hold curser over animal it should tell you how ready they are.

On Farm Town I don't think they do anything except look nice

The way to get cash on Farm Town is to go to the Marketplace and in the chat box ask for a job. Someone will hire you to harvest their crops and you get half the cost of the crops for doing it.
Or get one of your friends to click on you when they are online with you and hire you to harvest their crops. You get even more that way.
You can't do this on Farmville though - just plant lots of quick crops.

Ah fab thanks- got both but prefering farmtown by miles. Will stop buying animals!!
