Levelled up on FT & FV

Expanded on CL (but am now broke )

oh well done Simpson.

I got my Lavender Mastery today - that's number 6

and on the Zynga forums I saw this thread the other day and submitted my stats..........and I've gone in at number 38 .

Planted some artichokes up today which will get me my next Mastery sign in 4 days time (I've found a spreadsheet to tell me how many are needed for each crop so have planted enough to get all 3 stars in one go ). That'll take me to 7. Gave up on blueberries for now, working on Ghost Chillies - and am just over 1/2 way to that Mastery as well now.

On CL am almost to level 31, but still about 80k short of my last expansion

Island Paradise - how did you overtake me Simpson???? Don't you worry I'll soon over take you again - actually scrap that I just have harvesting my coffee

Country Story is going to another long slog to the next level - but I did get my level 2 Tomato harvesting thing this morning.

We're going to have to start a new thread soon - I'm thinking of something along the lines of

"Facebook Gaming Addicts" - which can include those that play other games regularly as well......

On Island paradise there was blip in game yesterday as I planted loads of passion fruits but when I went back to check on them plots were empty iyswim.

Have not been on it yet today though

Should get another mastery sign for soy beans today on FV

Also got a bit bored of blueberries but am giving them another go

TBh I have lots of things I am on 2 stars for so keep switching from one to the other depending on mood

Got my £75K expansion today. Took longer than expected as I was embroiled in RL - I'll try not to let it happen again!

On level 22 but wouldn't like to predict when I'll get 23 - tomorrow perhaps.

oh my - they've added more expansion sizes. 25x25 was the biggest (which is the one I'm working towards).

Now you can get 27x27 for 750,000

and 29x29 for 1,500,000

have they "gone" proper (ie when you look at your friends how many does it say next to the "celebrity ribbon") or are they just not showing up on the bottom bit?

There was a note yesterday to say that there were issues with "missing" neighbours that they were working on.

Mine are missing too. I am sure they will be back.

Also have neighbours on CL which just say 'no name' and pictures have gone.

I think the Gremlins are out in force today.

ALFA - have you got your exam result? I had a look today, first time since last week and it was there.

I passed but not brilliantly. Not that I care. Just glad to see the back of that course. New one much better except a TMA is due next week.

well in the end went on farmville website (actually much easier to play game on there anyway) and neighbours showing on there so logged problem with facebook and they were back within minutes

Niecie - what date was your exam? Can't remember now - was it the same day as mine (21st October).

ALFA - same day as you I think. We did have a chat about it at the time and I think it was even the same session - morning on 21st Oct.

There were only 188 people on my course according to the results so probably a lot quicker to mark than yours. I suspect you get a lot more people on a Level 1 course.

I must admit I was surprised it was so early though. I thought it would probably be Monday. Think that was when last year's came out.

Not had an offical 'go and look' email or a letter in the post. Found out by fluke really. Have you looked?

oh yes - we did talk about it being the same session didn't we.

I guess we probably did have a lot more being level 1- no idea how many turned up for the exam though (I know there were several missing just from the centre I sat at).

I have been and checked, even refreshed the page incase my cookies hadn't been updated and therefore wasn't showing up because of that.

Sorry to have raised your hopes.

I think 4 of us sitting my exam at my study centre and at least a row of your course so probably more papers to mark.

And, due to some short answer questions and only one real essay question, I would have thought ours was easy to mark too.

Still, worth a daily visit to look if you don't already. Fingers crossed it will be sooner rather than later.

Anyway, hijack. Sorry.

Are we going to start another thread when this one is full?

I seem to be getting more gifts on FT too. Have people gone back to it again?

What's the difference between farmtown, country life, etc. etc.? I am only on farmville and cafeworld right now - can see the obvious difference between those two

mumsnet has got me at least two farm expansions on FV, thank you everyone. only trouble is there is always that next one....!

flamingo bingo, is your pic a bunch of flamingos (name starts with C?) can I be friends with you? difference between FV and countrylife is you have not got so many crops but you have things to do with them, though I am beginning to lose interest as you need more neighbours than I have to do any expanding and I have reached my limit in terms of what I can do with my 'ranch'.

Alfa who are you?? I am now sure we have a lot of FB friends in common good luck with the exam result, and congratulations niecie!

Level 23 of CL - Yesss!

CL is more about processes. You make things from your crops, you don't just plant and harvest. You don't have to worry about thousands of crops either.

I have been worried that it would get boring with ony 6 crops (plus animals) but it has been OK so far. Nice graphics too.

FT is like FV but you don't have animals - well you do but they don't do anything.I have never liked it as much.

Shall go and investigate the new thread.
