Thought it would be fun to wait together and see how many get lucky! Me, DH & BIL in the ‘draw’ here.

We went to Wembley last time which was incredible but we are in the NW so ideally looking for the Etihad but have Knebworth & Glasgow as options.

We got through at 5pm and only had single tickets available so a waste of time!

I got a Manchester code yesterday for the 5 pm slot, DS logged into the waiting room as soon as it opened…when it went live we were 350 in the queue. Got through quickly and got front standing tix, £206 each. Him and his mates are delighted.

very different experience to the 4 hour queue and being kicked out as a bot last time.

I’ve got a Celtic park slot for tomorrow. I can’t be arsed although I do like Oasis, but a family member has asked me to try.

I got some for Wembley last time for a family member and the option to transfer the tickets appeared a few weeks before the gig

Same! Heaton Park last time and Knebworth next year! I saw them at Knebworth on the Sunday in 1996 and will be taking our son again next year so it’s come full circle!

No code for myself but dp managed 2 for Knebworth. We missed our last year so I am truly ecstatic!

I got 2 for Knebworth today. It was a bit stressful because even though I’d updated my payment card beforehand on my Ticketmaster account, when I came to pay there was something not right, so it was declining. Then I start carefully typing my details in while my tickets are in the basket and dd is at the other side of the room having a full on tantrum about something. Luckily the tickets stayed in my basket and I managed to check out.

Well I was unsuccessful, was hoping to get 4 tickets for Knebworth, joined the queue at 12:30 on the dot, was 9,000 odd in the queue when it opened, by the time I got to the front of the queue it would let me add one general admission standing ticket and 3 £500 ones. More than the others in my group wanted to pay, absolutely fair enough. Never mind eh?!

I have a code for the etihad. I’m going with dd we went to heaton park last year and got the very front part of front standing it was unbelievable!
My slot is 5 tomorrow dd is in charge of get the tickets she doesn’t trust me. Really hoping to get front standing.

Number 1200 in the queue at 0900, checked out with tickets by 0910.

Same!! It was strangely easy. We didn't even join the wait queue straight away. This new system might be a game changer.

We have camping tickets for Knebworth 😄

I had a code for yesterday 5-8pm. We got tickets but it was v stressful! Joined the waiting room 30
mins beforehand and when the queue started at 5 I was 6500th; it only took about 15 mins to get to the front of the queue and get in to try to get tickets, but I spent about 20-25 mins clicking on any sets of 4 seats, or 2x2 seats, trying to add to basket and getting the “these seats are no longer available” notice. Over and over. Eventually left that date as there were fewer and fewer seats left and tried for another date and then another one - finally got lucky with 4 seats making it through to the basket, then checkout was quick and easy.

I think they basically let all 6500 ish people in more or less at once, and we were all in there just clicking on the same things and failing to get them over and over. V annoying also that ticketmaster shows a block as “available” when there’s just one seat there and I’m looking for 4. Spent ages poking around on the screen! And the front standing block was showing as available for ages but every time I tried to buy seats in it it wouldn’t let me.

Glad I had my teen with me for moral support! I’m not used to this ticketmaster game.

It could be a game changer but only if the allocation of emails is truly random? I’m not sure it is.

And - it still hasn’t beaten the touts.

Never even got a code in the end, but at least I got to see them at Wembley last year. Well done everyone who was successful.

How do you think they’re prioritising emails if it isn’t random? Genuine question- hadn’t really thought about it. We tried last time from mine and my partners email and didn’t get a code.

I got a code, and I’ve got very little online history that could be used to have prioritised me in any way - I last used ticketmaster to buy gig tickets about 20 years ago, I don’t really listen to much on Spotify, and while I love oasis having grown up in Manchester in the 90s, I’ve never been to a gig of theirs before so wouldn’t be on anything fan-wise other than signing up for the thing a few weeks ago to get tickets. TBH I was quite surprised to get a code but v pleased as my kids are the typical teen fans and my DH really likes them too (despite having a terrible time when he went to the knebsworth gig years ago!).

How many of your are signed up to oasis fan mail and regularly get emails about recent re-releases etc?

Seems entirely random. Got the code/got tickets this morning - OH has been to see them before in 2002 but pretty sure he isn't that memorable! 🤔

I got a code but all the tickets I could get were far too expensive, so I didn’t bother!
