What makes you feel like you look good?

I am in a rut and am fed up. For years I have given up on trying to look nice. Now I just go about my life feeling and looking like an ugly slob. It’s been so long, I’m not even sure how to make an effort. What do you do that makes you feel like you look nice, put together, confident?

I have nothing against boob jobs, but they need maintaining and redoing fairly often unless you get them in old age, and I've known a fair few 'went wrong' ones.

To add to my above comment, working your pectoral muscles does not give you more breast tissue of course, but it does make your current breasts protrude more. My boobs look at least one and a half sizes larger since I began working out regularly.

Totally this. People who look fit and healthy always look good no matter the age or face.

Good underwear, even under slouchy clothes, always makes me feel good and I’m sure it gives me better posture. I’ve even made a cheap unlined dress look good with a slip underneath.

Whenever I want to feel beautiful I put on my wedding dress.
