Have you noticed health benefits from it?

I started using one as am in my fifties, have a sedentary job and was getting increasingly anxious about my fitness levels, my father died of a heart attack at 58 and it had started playing on my mind. It took a few months but eventually my heart rate dropped and my cardio recovery improved (as per my Apple Watch). I know that can be taken with a bit of a pinch of salt but I felt it was making a difference. I also lost weight which was not the aim so have ended up having to eat more to compensate.

Yep, I have the topture one from Amazon and between us we use it nearly daily.

I started walking on it, then power walking a bit faster then I did my C25k on it all through last autumn and winter. I jog over 5k four times a week and walking just once now and along with weights it's helped me enormously.

Yes walking outside does feel better but I have it so I can watch TV so I just put a boxset on as soon as kids go to school and I'm done by work starting - my commute is down my hallway as I WFH.

I have a treadmill and use it daily. I really like it. I had a walking pad but felt very unsteady on it so opted for one with handles.
