What non alcoholic drinks do you enjoy at home?

Just wanting some drinks to keep in the house. I’m trying to lose some weight and I’m finding cups of tea are helping to keep me out of the biscuit tin but they’re getting a bit boring.

What do you like to drink at home?

Water. I hate fizzy drinks/ cordial.

..and i drink a lot of decaff instant coffee and barley cup, but maybe all that milk would make it too calorific for you?

Trip drinks. My favourites are apple blossom and peach and ginger.

If you have a Polish supermarket nearby check out their selection of drinks, I get an absolutely delicious watermelon non fizzy drink and a pear lemonade. They usually have a really interesting selection of tea as well.

My absolute favourite is Mother Root, with soda and a slice of lime

I just bought a box of Sanpellegrino pesca & clementina zero. Its really nice.

If anyone can suggest an alc free wine that is genuinely good I’d be ever so grateful. I’m sick of paying £ for apple/grape juice masquerading as vino!

Lidl Apertivo 0% alcohol mixed with tonic. Nice and tart.

As basic hydration water and fruit teas, all day every day.

At the weekend during the day, posh squashes/cordials often with fizzy water from the soda stream. Fizzy water, iced coffee, iced tea.

In the evening when everyone else is on alcohol. I was drinking 0% gins and various flavor tonics, now I realize that the tonic is good enough on its own. I also like 0% beers, have found a low 5% alcohol wine which is quite tolerable, San Pellegrino.

I bought a pack of 4 Belvoir Raspberry Lemonade the other day, it's totally tasteless. Among my favourites are San Pelligrino Lemon and Mint and also Fentiman's Voctorian lemonade, on offer currently at Waitrose. Vimto cordial with soda water too, shades of my childhood when it wasn't available outsdide the North West, in the '50s we were the first house in the Avenue with a fridge and Mum made Vimto lollies, we had lots of friends!

Monin syrups with fizzy water.

I love the rose and violet. You can make fancy pretty drinks with 0 alcohol.

I hate really sweet drinks and I also hate ginger which rules out a lot tbh!

Corona 0.0 from the bottle with a wedge of lime

Tanqueray 0.0 with fever tree Mediterranean tonic (or the tonic on its own)

Soda water or tonic with a glug of grapefruit juice

Peach iced tea

Fevertree flavoured tonic water, particularly the elderflower ones.

Robinsons apple and pear squash - they’re low in calories

Herbal teas - I keep the teabag in and start drinking them when they’re hot, but will carry on even if they’ve cooloed down.

I love a Crodino for a nice non alcoholic option on a hot day. It’s very bitter but really does feel like a genuine grown up drink as opposed to lots of non alcoholic drinks which feel like sugar water!

Sugar free apple squash made up with fizzy water. Tastes like appletizer.

I drink squash with fizzy water, have done for years since I realised I was drinking too much coke.

Same here, I have a carbonator (like a soda stream) and use a gas canisters service which delivers/exchanges every 4 months. Much better than buying all those plastic bottles of sparkling water.

Hullabaloos are my absolute favourite.
