fish fingers - what do you have yours with

i have never had a fish finger sandwich - and i am not going to start now

i am cooking fish fingers tonight and when a child we used to have them with tinned plum tomatoes.

how would you have your fish fingers? if not a sandwich

I don’t eat them (I do eat fish!) but if I were going to have one it would be in a wrap with some mayo and probably lots of lettuce.

With mash and beans. Food of the Gods.

You're missing out, fish finger sandwiches are delicious.

I have fish fungers with spicy spinach, homemade tartare sauce and some form of potato. At this time of year probably new potatoes, boiled in their skins with mint in the water, drained and given a good amount of butter.
I might also add or substitute asparagus now as well.

But excellent call about plum tomatoes. Hugely underrated in my view and a good match with the fish fingers.
