No-one worried about the imminent oil shortages? Or just me?

ShanghaiDiva · Today 16:20

Currently in Malta (never been here before) and it’s absolutely stunning. Imagine summer is unbearably hot, but spring and autumn are ideal.

Simonjt · Today 16:32

We’re doing a little multi stop trip in Canada, I’m very excited, especially as we were meant to do it a few years ago but had to cancel.

Overtheatlantic · Today 16:38

Naples/Sorrento next week
Vienna in June
Florida in September
Lisbon in late October

Only Florida will be a longish trip but it’s with family.

Teawithfrenchtoast · Today 16:38

A weekend in ireland. No other holidays for us this year.

Gonnagetgoingreturnsagain · Today 16:41

France Normandy. Maybe somewhere else. Not long haul.

Sirzy · Today 16:41

Norwegian fjords cruise.

Justploddingonandon · Today 16:41

Edinburgh, booked as we can't afford abroad after a very expensive holiday last year, but feeling quite glad we're staying in the UK and not reliant on flights with everything going on.

garlictwist · Today 16:41

I’m going to North Macedonia for a week with a couple of friends in the summer.

Next week I’m going to Stockholm with DH which is technically for work but we’ll do some holiday stuff as well.

I might go somewhere on my own in August as I have leave to use up. I was thinking Canada but might not have the money so we shall see.

DH and I also going to Bute for a bit in July.

Meadowfinch · Today 16:44

Scottish schools will be off, hopefully you can get a deal though.

adult dc no longer come away with us so we are doing a 3 week road trip through Nevada , Arizona, New Mexico , Colorado and Utah in July

september Toronto to Montreal and then New York via train.

November possibly Maldives but depends on middle east situation for flights .

We are very fortunate to have airline staff travel contacts so have access to heavily reduced flights and hotel rates

MissyB1 · Today 16:49

Croatia and Montenegro in July, won’t have any money for anything else after that!

GuiltyPleasure · Today 16:52

New York - May
Antigua - June
Ibiza - July (& probably another week in September/October)

maftaz · Today 16:56

With my history hat on, a longed for journey around the WW1 battlefields/cemeteries near Ypres. Flying into Brussels, hiring a car and then to Ghent, Bruges and on to Ypres for a few days, then across to Waterloo and back. That's in August OMG, but the only time my history mad friend is free, so I'm going!

Tarragona in September, day trip to Barcelona (been before), and over to Zaragoza and if I can fit it in, Lleida too.

December/January a month in Southern Spain over Christmas. Retired now so have the time.

All of the above is dependent on what way the world turns, but making plans is half the fun.

queenofwandss · Today 16:56

Portugal short break
Majorca family holiday
Kos in October for last of the sun for this year

HolidayPlanningAgain · Today 17:06

Kos in June as soon as AS & A’Levels are finished

Hoping for a long weekend in Prague in winter too

We have just come back from Cornwall and in May we will be going again for a week.

In July/August we are going to the US for 3 weeks and then back to Cornwall for a couple of weeks.

Then back to Cornwall in October and for Xmas. We have a holiday home there so spend a lot of time there. We might have a weekend in the Lake District with friends at some point too.

HumerousHumous · Today 17:22
