Greatest Hits Radio, it is almost what R2 used to be.

I don’t much like her at teatime because I really loved Simon Mayo and I loathed the way she dumbed everything down and made the slot so inane. But I have a feeling I will enjoy her more in the morning when I don’t mind the lighthearted style.

Can teatime be a bit more intelligent please?

That's a positive then, that she's got this show, because I don't have to worry about her being on Strictly!

I enjoy Sara at teatime so will miss her then.

A little miffed they only announced the morning without the teatime announcement at the same time.

Neither Gary nor Rylan want a full time daily gig I don't think.

I like OJ, would be happy with him.

Absolutely cannot bear Richie A, (no listening skills or intellectual curiosity) so would switch over and tolerate the ads on GH if he was given it but I suspect it would be too big a jump and he will just have the opportunity to extend his hours from his current show.

I think Rylan would be really good, he’s warm and funny. I don’t think he’ll take it though as not sure he’ll want to commit to a daily show.

Oh I'm not sure. I hoped for OJ but I think he's just not a big enough name.
Sara is a safe choice, I'll definitely give her a chance.

Good. I’ve really hated my commute to work since Scott went. I know we everyone here hates him but I didn’t and enjoyed his show. The guy that’s been standing in for him is so annoying and I hate vernon Kaye so having to change stations every day from 12.

I’ll be glad to listen to Sara in the mornings.

I really like Sara, so after the awful Scott Mills I'll be switching back to R2. Hurrah!

Can't think of anyone I'd like for the evening slot - although Ritchie A would be the absolute worst. DJ Spoony or whatever he's called would be a close second.

I’m really glad. I remember when Zoe Ball for breakfast I was disappointed it wasn’t Sara cox then. But yes, tea time will be a tricky one to fill, needs to be someone I can drive home and cook to. (I also am not a fan of ooh Gary, but I didn’t listen to him growing up so perhaps I miss the nostalgia aspect)

I miss the easiest quiz during the drive to work. I like Scott Mills.

I loved Scott Mills, but DD and I were brainstorming the best candidates earlier today and we both agreed that Sara Cox has “breakfast energy”. She’s the best choice for that time of day.

I don’t like him. He whinged about a woman on a path once and came across as so rude and entitled put me right off.

I like Sara Cox. I never listen to the breakfast show, but I think she’ll do well.
