There's two women I know, around ,ate 40s early 50s, twins, and dres the same, even have same haircut and style etc

I find them very sweet really, like they are list in there own world kinda thing

But i often wonder why are you dressing the same, I can't ask this yo them in real life as I wouldn't want to make them self conscious or anything but wonder why they do that

My mum has friends who are like this. They have always lived and worked together. They now work in retail and were once asked to work in different departments - they refused, saying they have to be on the same shifts and in the same department together!

They genuinely spend 100% of their time together. If my mum has plans to meet up with them and one is unwell/has a migraine etc, then the other twin won't come as they don't travel without the other.

There are two ladies who sail on Marella cruises regularly who are identical twins and who dress identically all that time, down to shoes, bags and jewellery.

Apparently they spend a lot of the year cruising (bloody good for them!) and are always dressed the same.

There is a pair of older lady twins near us and they dress almost the same. They have the same haircut, one will wear a skirt and jumper in say blue and grey, and the other will wear identical skirt and jumper but in brown and green. Not sure why, but why not if it makes them happy, maybe they shop together and because they are very close they like the same styles but choose different colours. Maybe they swap clothes all the time - I would.

Weirdly there were twin girls at my school who were dressed identically, but they weren't identical, in fact they didn't even look related they were so different. One had long blonde hair, the other had short curly black hair (and actually looked very like her older brother). And they couldn't stand each other !

I have identical twins. They look the same, but different. I can't even tell you how, they just do! I have called them the wrong name before when I've only quickly glanced at them. But then they've also been called by their brothers name as well.

They had to turn off face recognition on their phones as they could open each other's and send rude messages. 😂

When they were at primary school they were in the same class for most of it, so would wear different coloured polo shirts so their teacher could tell them apart. Much to my disappointment they never tried to trick their teachers.

They did both study the same A Levels, and the same course at uni, but different places.

The only time I dressed them the same was uniforms. Although they did wear the same suits for a wedding recently, as they, and their brothers, were part of the wedding party, so all dressed identically.

I think they'd be horrified if they wore the same thing. They don't seem to have any twin telepathy, so it's not likely. 😂

How old are they now?

you might be surprised - I only found out last year (my girls are late 20s) that they swapped to trick their teachers 4 times through school without getting caught. Including once when DD2 did not want to go on her annual class trip to the local Roman fort! I had no idea until it came out when their cousin was talking about her twins in school.

No if you know identical well they actually look nothing a like in a weird way even though they are identical you can tell instantly

Ha. Tell my 10 year old that. He genuinely cannot tell his brothers apart. He shouts a name and sees if they respond

Close friend of mine is married to an identical twin and they have similar dress sense.I can identify who is who but not sure how.
