Morning, has anyone else had this? My account balances are all fine and normal, I click into my current account and 3 times now I can see other peoples transaction history, money in, money out etc
its very unsettling

It’s being covered on ITN news now

There’s been no apology at all , I don’t use X and I don’t expect a bank to communicate with me via posts on social media. There should be an email or message sent via online banking to apologise to customers and there’s been nothing.

I’ve just complained to the information commissioners office. Not only was I privy to someone else’s personal data, I’ve got nothing from Lloyds to process that mine didn’t end up in someone else’s app. If Lloyds had been more up front and apologetic I might not have bothered complaining but the weren’t so I have

I wouldn’t bother complaining to them they are about as useful as a chocolate fire guard.
When I complained about a data breach a few years ago I was told you can’t put in a complaint about someone else’s data being breached, only your own. But how would you know if someone else has seen your data or not?

Ordinarily I would agree with you but they are already aware of the problem so I’m just adding my name to the growing list of people who have complained
