Crème egg disappointment.

Aside from the fact that they use to come out in March and it was exciting waiting for the first one,

Ivw just eaten one for the first time in about 15 years. Ate it in two bites with my front teeth. How depressing😟

Used to have to get your molars into the top as it was so thick with chocolate. And had to sort of gnaw through the chocolate. And the thick chocolate shell is like a skin.

Now 2 bites and it gone. What a disappointment it turned out to be😭

Ah Cadbury's creme eggs. I imagine they're made from chocolate flavoured chip pan grease, solidified with brown crayons and sweetened with some, as yet, unidentifiable sweetener and filled with artificial lard and coloured with yellow donkey phlegm. Mmm, so yummy 🙄

😂

It's always pronounced 'cream' egg around here. Although I note the product spells 'creme' it doesn't have the French accents as spelled by OP so a French pronunciation 'crème' like 'crem' may not be correct either. Any insights?

It did it automatically. I didn’t faff around looking for the accents! I was too sunk in post crème egg doom!

Oh god, I wish I could go back to the 80s, splash on some Dewberry and eat a proper Creme Egg. The bliss. Poor Youth Of Today.
