Ultra-moisturising magical cream urgently needed

My eyelids and under-eye area has become so dry recently - I wake up and it’s all tight! My usual day/night creams don’t seem to be managing. Please recommend a luxurious, rich, moisturising magical cream before the area shrivels into dust!! Thank you!

I've used a ton of creams over my 50 years and I fully believe the pricier ones are no better. My approach is to go for the thickest cream I can find in the £5-£10 range, plus a high spf.

This isn't what you asked OP but I recommend making sure you eat enough healthy fats, especially omega 3s, which I see as moisturiser from the inside out.
