I am planning to go with some friends to the transport museum. However it costs 25 pounds.\nAnd you have to purchase a yearly pass which means you can go multiple times in the year. I do not want to go several times in the year so I don't see why they are forcing people who have been to pay twenty five pounds for a yearly pass. I am going to contact the museum tomorrow and speak to someone and complain.Because I think it's awful. 2.\nPeople that were going with me have now decided that they don't want to come because of this , and I don't blame them

You’re letting the fact that many other museums are free cloud your thinking. However, the transport Museum does not receive the same public funding that the free museums do. £25 is a perfectly reasonable price for one visit and there is a huge amount to see there.

They won’t care about your complaint any more than Sainsburys will reduce the price of a pint of milk. Inflation is a fact of life.

Every time I have been to the TM it’s been very busy, probably at capacity limit. The pricing is clearly not affecting their visitor numbers.
