Mine is teal but all the warm autumnal fashion colours atm are really appealing too.

Teal always calls me though. Or turquoise or variants of. Just gorgeous, warm, fun and luxurious. Just like me 😆

Green and pink here

landlordhell · 31/12/2025 09:29

Green/ khaki is flattering on me. I’m a warm blonde ( now bottle) with green eyes and freckles.

tuvamoodyson · 31/12/2025 09:30

Navy blue.

That is very clever @EdgeOfThirtySeven
somerimes when I’m wearing teal and I stand in front of my teal walls you can’t see me

This was me on Christmas Day. I wore a dark green/ blue dress and my walls are practically the same colour! 🤣

Teal for me too. Even my wedding dress! Lighter green blue tones for decor. I really like burgundy too, which is handy at the moment with so much of it about.

Ooh wow, a teal wedding dress. Sounds teally lovely!

Blues, but not teal/turquoise.
Navy, baby blue, cornflower, periwinkle, airforce…

MurkyMo · 31/12/2025 17:04

Grey. It goes with everything! Especially grey!!!

dogsandbudgey · 31/12/2025 17:08

Sage Green at the min but I also like chocolate brown and coral and yellow makes me happy on the inside

if you mean for particular things like house decor I’d say warm neutrals
if you mean clothes- I like lots of colours and it depends on the season

Oniranu · 31/12/2025 17:17

All this talk of colour has inspired me to make myself something colourful to wear.

Love most greens-sage to deep forest and that almost-black velvet green- love it for clothing and home decor, dont care for emerald/lime/leaf green
Look good in teal and chocolate brown, look ok in dark navy and a clear blue, terrible in 'french' blue.
Look ok in dark reds and burgundy.
Garden full of whites, creams, cornflower blue, hyssop blue, purple hebes , lots of clear yellows in the spring, very few reds/pink/purple,except for the two very healthy fuscias (from the previous owners that I cant bear to uproot, even after 25 years,)
and the pyracantha, holly and cotoneaster berries in the winter
Hate orange in all shades, but adore the smell and love eating actual oranges.

I wear a lot of black, wine, red (warm), pink (coral shades), very occasional dark green or dark purple. It's handy for laundry as the vast majority of my clothes will go in either a dark wash or a red wash.

My house has a lot of different blues, midnight, wedgewood etc, all low intensity and most with a grey tint.

I make quilts which are varied but often have a variety of blue-green (from duck egg up to dark teal/petrol) and peach/apricot/orange-yellow. I've also made quite a few that were in pinks and greens. I very rarely use purples, and if I do it tends to be not vivid and leaning towards either pink or blue. I made a quilt for my friend and she chose the colours which were variations on navy, mustard and off white which I would never in a million years have chosen myself, I did love the result though (in-progress photo below).
