Is anybody interested in a biohacking thread?

I have recently become interested in biohacking, the idea that you can reverse aging (kind of) to live a longer, healthier life. I have watched the Blue Zones documentary and am following Bryan Johnson on Instagram (he's a bit extreme, but I do find him fascinating).

Is anybody else here interested in biohacking and want to talk about it?

Im loosely interested in biohacking.
i take a bit too many supplements and i try to cycle through them. I try to eat lots of sardines as ive read somewhere that the omega3 was of better quality when they came from the fish… i also need the protein so it is a win win anyway.
supplements: creatin, marine collagen, omega 3, vit D, vit B12, vit C, ginko bilboa, revesterol, joint ace, turmeric (pill form), multi vitamin, vit E, pumpkin seeds oil, iron tablets. I take creatin the other ones depends on my mood and perceived needs (Vit D in winter, iron when on my periods or tired, revesterol or vit E when put in the sun, etc…)
i eat very little meat (once a month) and a bit of fish (once a week). I cook most thinks and rately eats UPFs or drink sodas.
i try to exercise 5 times a week although i have a BMI of 27 so not ideal health wise but i worry i might look too thin if i go lower. Im microdosing mounjaro (1.25mg every 6 days). I have an apple watch and im a bit obsessed about the stats.
sleep: i take magnesium 30 mins before going to bed and it really helps but ive read somewhere it is not good to take it everyday so i take half a dose most of the time or sometimes i take melatonin.
i drink alcohol free or low alcohol options (once a week on average) and one or two glasses of beer or wine once a month. I am fine with that, works well with me.
i am not on HRT (im 50 but still regular periods), no contraception.

a friend told me in sweden people want to get the shingles vaccination as it increases heart protection and i am toying with the idea (which seems to be backed by science).
I try to ise only natural cosmetic such as savon de marseille which is 100% olive based or alep soap. I also use savon de marseille for the laundry and for hand washing everywhere in the house (not very popular with my teens though!!)
i only do my toenails in summer and my nails maybe once a year for a special occasion and i try to ise regular varnish and not shellac
skincare is minimal though i do feel i have quite a lot of wrinkles due to chain smoking during my youth… i stopped when i was around 28 years old.
my VO2 max is 32 which is above average for my age but i would like to increase it and i have just bought some mouth tape as it is meant to imrpove sleep and VO2max!
i try to lead a simple and natural lifestyle but i live in London!
watched both documentaries (blue zones and B johnson). I prefer Blue zones!!
i do have a garden and an allotment but i also work a very FT with 3 kids so it is hard…
