It's advent for the Playmobil people in our house...

...and so every day between now and Christmas I'll be bringing you some scenes of what they are getting up to during advent.

Today Marta is helping Matthias put up the Christmas decorations. She puts the last bauble on the tree.

He's a really good shot and manages to hit them all!

They've all had lots of fun playing in the snow!

Glad Akira managed to get his revenge. They knocked his hat off!

Also it’s good to see they still have proper post offices in Playmo land, not just counters crammed into the back of convenience stores.

Lovely scenes, I remember the post office from a few years ago, it always looked busy.
Glad that's they have proper snow already in Playmo land ..
I wonder if playmo snowploughs and gritters have names like ours do here ?

Oooh @Laska2Meryls you have just made me remember that I have this set! It's supposed to be a road maintenance truck, but would easily double as a snowplough/gritter! There's an idea for next year! I don't think Playmo have already given them names, but we could always think of one.

Our local ones are called : Snow Wight, Vanilla Ice, Sir Grit-A-Lot, Gritty Gritty Bang Bang, Sleetwood Mac, and Salty McGritface (they were named in a local school competition and one of those names may out where I live.. ) . The local road company always post where they'll be , using those names !😂

Traffic Scotland website has a Gritter tracker and you can see the names of gritters across Scotland - there are some good ones - William Wall Ice and Gritterbug are among my favourites.

Akira got his revenge by decking all three of them!

I've just discovered that the gritters in my county also have names - including Grit Rhys Jones and Spread Sheeran!

We have to do the big post office run next week. It won't be as easy. It just won't!

Hopefully magazines are cheaper in Playmoland and Manav gets some change out of that tenner 🤞
