It's advent for the Playmobil people in our house...

...and so every day between now and Christmas I'll be bringing you some scenes of what they are getting up to during advent.

Today Marta is helping Matthias put up the Christmas decorations. She puts the last bauble on the tree.

@FuzzyPuffling that's exactly what Playmo people would do (except maybe for the puddingheads).

The snowy conditions continue, and some children are out making snowmen today.

The snowmen are gradually getting taller.

Klaus and Noel have almost finished theirs.

Erich and Elke place a carrot in their snowman for a nose.

The children have all chosen different headgear for their snowmen. Klaus and Noel have an amusing red hat!

Johanna and Fritz have chosen a fetching cloche hat in blue.

Frauke and Frieda have gone for a festive topper.

Gerhard and Gustav have opted for a traditional Santa hat.

Erich and Elke's snowman is looking very regal in a crown! The children have all had a lovely time building the snowmen.

Why do their days always look so much more fun than what I’ve got planned (tidying the garden and cooking lunch)?? Love the snowmen!

Love the different headgear. Also love that it’s always a white Christmas in Playmoland.

I'll have a slice of the losers cake too!

I was way out with my guess - assume it's sponge and not a proper fruit cake 😊

The children in Playmoland are always so cheery - no crying that their gloves are wet and their hands are cold and they want to go inside!

Been catching up with this thread - I came across your wedding fayre in the summer and loved it.

My favourite scenes so far have been the shocking theft by the pudding heads and the Christmas tree festival. Loving the snowmen today too.

I've had a great afternoon out at a local concert. And then wrapped some presents. Tomorrow I need to blitz the house with cleaning, then looking forward to meeting @petalpower for lunch!
