It's advent for the Playmobil people in our house...

...and so every day between now and Christmas I'll be bringing you some scenes of what they are getting up to during advent.

Today Marta is helping Matthias put up the Christmas decorations. She puts the last bauble on the tree.

Brendan has won a bottle of blue wine! He's very pleased with that.

The last prize is the lovely hamper of fruit. It goes to Eve Jennings! Her partner Samson and the children are all delighted. It has been a very successful Christmas fair!

Haha, when I set the scenes up I had no idea that anyone was going to suggest a romance between them. Their appearance is entirely coincidental!

Haha @ChessieFL I have a Playmo planner which lists all the family relationships, place names etc. And another planner in which I jot down ideas for scenes, and list items I'll need to use from different themes, or items I might need to buy in some cases. Also as I was setting up these scenes I made a note of which items I used came from which sets, so that I could easily return them to the correct boxes afterwards!

The bric-a-brac stall and the grand draw stall were especially good! Thank you!

Best one of the week was the other day with the workmen queuing for the portaloo after too much tea. Priceless! DH did ask why the guy in the loo didn’t shut the door, how uncouth. My feeling was how nice it was to see men in a queue for the loos instead of the ladies. 😬
