How do you keep yourself from binge eating?

This is something I struggle with. I can stick to a diet great for about 5/6 weeeks, but then I just seem to have an off day then before I know it I’m completely submerged in biscuits and crisps! I used to be able to stick long term to a weight loss plan but now it seems so hard.

have you any tricks up your sleeve?

How to achieve 150 G protein?
today I’ve eaten a banana 50 g hummus with carrot. Lentil and spinach dhal with a Wholemeal pitta.
I do eat boiled eggs, fish, chicken etc just not huge quantities
I also regularly eat avocados and nuts

my body just doesn’t crave protein

Your body won’t crave protein, but if it is craving mars bars it means you are low on protein
