What's your favourite homemade cocktail?

If you like cocktails of course. I love a cosmopolitan and they're so easy to make but DH and I have decided to make a new cocktail every weekend and need some ideas please?!

I like a French martini. Also partial to a White Russian and an espresso martini at home.

I didn’t make this from scratch because I don’t like espresso martinis enough to have the ingredients.

But over Xmas we were cutting Moth brand espresso martini with Baileys for a flat white martini and they were delicious

French 75
Grapefruit gin fizz
Whisky sour (I don't bother with the egg white).

Amaretto sour, I use maple syrup instead of sugar syrup and it’s delicious.

Manhattan. Very simple to make, delicious and lethal!

Margarita 😋
Also, very dry vodka martini (with olives 🫒 as a snack).

Expresso martini & pineapple daquiri

I had a Manhattan about 6 months ago and I swear I was pissed after two of them.

Basil martini.

Mojito! Always mojito.

Sea Breeze (if you can get actual cranberry juice).

Dark and Stormy is nice and simple.

White Russian - reminds me of ski holidays!

Classic margarita- squeeze lime into a shot glass and your lime quanity is then your measure, for equal parts lime, tequila and Grand Marnier. Fill ice shaker with ice and shake till very cold. Perfect.

A standard Daiquiri, white rum (although dark rum works just fine), lime juice, sugar syrup. A splash of maraschino liqueur is a pleasant addition if you can find it. DH is an expert at making them, I can’t think of a better way of starting the weekend.

I love campari spritz - campari, sparkling wine, ice, soda water and a slice of fresh orange. Really refreshing and slightly bitter.

Blueberry margarita. I make my own blueberry syrup, add tequila and triple sec, squeeze of lime and away!

Pisco sour

This sounds yummy! 🫐

poinsetta - Prosecco, cranberry juice and Cointreau. Delicious and really gets everyone in an upbeat mood.

Am partial to a White Lady 🍸

I love a Hugo or a Margarita in the summer, but I'm usually a gin gimlet girl.

Pina colada or espresso martini for me

Moscow mule or Alabama slammer for DH
