Ah thanks. And yes re regional varieties. As a southerner living with a manc, I am flabbergasted by the number of different words they have for rolls.

Dinner will be tagliatelle with pancetta, peas and mushroom sauce (Sainsburys TTD mushroom & madeira) with garlic & lemon green beans on the side for a bit of extra veg.
