We’re having Indian ready meals but always good to get some inspiration!

Macaroni cheese

Up north say tea down south say dinner. Their might be some variation in that.

I agree its quick and easy the frozen mash is pretty good to i draw the line at smash though that powdered stuff is rank 🤢

Tea of the gods i love macaroni cheese 😋

Pork steaks, onions;’peppers, long broccoli and some rice.

Spaghetti with cherry tomatoes, olives, feta, and chorizo. Quick and easy!

Veggie/plant based meatballs in tomato sauce with either spaghetti or tagliatelle depending on what the teens choose. Some broccoli on the side for me to help me reduce carbs/increase veg.

Pesto pasta

I’m on slimming world at the moment, so a slimming world version of spicy chicken wings, sweet potatoe fries and salad.
looking forward to it after a busy day out and about with the kids.

Salmon, jasmine rice and pak choi , simple and light!!

The carnivores are having Chicken wrapped in bacon with a mushroom sauce, creamed spinach and potatoes.

im having cauliflower cheese and veggie sausages. Can’t be arsed to cook anything fancy!

I'm cooking my spaghetti Bolognese tonight for me and 1 foster son. The other is having as tray of mederterain vegetables and salmon.

There isn’t any!

Spaghetti bolognaise with loads of cheese on top and garlic bread. Yum. Made a separate portion for baby with no stock cubes etc in; it’s her favourite!it’s been simmering for hours and smellls amazing.

We’re having a roast Guinea fowl with stuffing, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes, carrots, broad beans and savoy cabbage. My daughter is coming over and it’s her favourite. I’m spoiling her because she’s pregnant, I don’t normally do a full roast in the week.

Chicken cooked in Nando’s marinade, grilled halloumi, salad, rice and humous. Was delicious! My partner remarked that it’s one of the few things we all like and eat (us and four kids). It’s a rare thing indeed!

Salade Niçois with lashings of mayonnaise, with raspberries & cream for pudding.

Egg and chips

Currently debating on Wendy’s, Taco Bell or waiting until we in the air.

Currently in the best air-con spot in Punta Cana airport and we don’t think moving for food is worth the risk.
