Help! Gift for SIL

Been invited to SIL's this weekend for a bbq to celebrate her birthday. It's also the first event they've hosted since moving house.
I bought her chocolate at Christmas and Easter. We always take a bottle of wine when we visit anyway. We bought posh alcohol for BIL's last gift. She has skin issues so is picky on toiletries and I really wouldn't know what she can use. She has recently gone on a diet so I'd rather avoid food.
What can I get her?

Personally I love candles and books.

Also love the idea of a potted plant. A garden centre near me does roses that are named for special occasions. They’ve gone done very well when I got them for friends for various occasions over the years.

If that were me I’d appreciate a house plant 🪴 especially a fancy one like an orchid .
I do also like a nice reed diffuser but I guess that’s quite personal too ,eg I prefer fresh scents or citrus

She is your husband’s sister so surely he should be sorting it out.

Such a bizarre mentality to me.

Thank you for all the suggestions. We have decided to print out a picture of what we'd like to "like" to give her and give her the value in vouchers for an online shop. That way if she already has one, or doesn't want it, she can buy something else. We'll take some flowers and wine anyway.
