Help. Have I actually won some money on online bingo?

I was housebound for a couple of weeks due to illness. I saw an ad for online bingo. I'm not a gambler but I gave it a go out of boredom. I enjoyed it and had a couple of small wins over a few weeks. I logged back in today and had some money left so played a few games and bought tickets to an event.
I didn't fill any lines but I got a notice to say I won several hundred pounds in a runner up event.
I can't say I paid much attention to the rules.
The money is there now in my account.
I never win anything. Could it be a mistake?
Does anyone play online bingo?

Oh I want to, but I don’t think we will get anywhere. I feel like they will just absolutely get away with it anyway! It’s ridiculous and so unfair.

There's an article about a computer glitch affecting online bingo in today's Daily Mail. Could it have been this? Seems lots of people have been affected:

@Psychicpineapple I've just read àbout the glitch in the online Bingo site paying out thousands to people by accident. Was this the win you had?? What are you going to do??

Same thing happened to me but through a different brand. I didn't know they were all connected. I didn't receive any money. No contact from the company. I've contacted Customer Service several times and was told to wait on a outcome. I've sent a complaint in now but I'm not hopeful. According to customer service there's no goodwill gesture which some in the newspaper article seemed to have received.
