Haven't put bedding on 😭😭😭

I want to go to bed but just remembered I haven't put the bedding on. Why did I not do it earlier 🥹

He’s a good boy isn’t yet under the influence of teenage hormones!

Trained him to do his own when he had a cabin bed and he saw mine needed doing as he wanted to watch my before bed!

Fully expect this to be a one off nice surprise rather a regular job but definitely appreciated

Luckily my doggie reminds me if the bed is unmade. She comes downstairs looking sad and then guides me upstairs to make her bed 😂

Oh im so sorry. Horrible scenario. I feel your pain.

I like the occasional sleep on the sofa so that would do me.

Or, put the fitted sheet in and sleep in your dressing gown.

I have one, and have been known to sleep without a cover, never noticed it! I shall keep an eye out.

Ha! I changed my bed today, and actually finished the job! Usually I go upstairs to bed and find I still have to put the duvet cover on.

My bed is only unmade for a minute or two. Are you all washing and drying on the same day and putting the same ones back on?

No. But I might stop to, perhaps, go downstairs to put the bedding I've just taken off in the washing machine, then get sidetracked into doing something else and forget I didn't finish making the bed.

Or just think 'bored with this now' and go off and do something else.

I think it's just too much bed-related work in one go!
I usually strip the bed when I want to get a load of washing on. Then I get on with whatever else I need to do that day.
I also use changing the linen day to air the mattress, pillows and duvet.

Beds and dishwashers have always been DH's province. And I love him for it!

I’ve done that, just couldn’t be bothered to do it so late - slept on the mattress cover and under the naked duvet. Funnily enough I wasn’t struck down with an apocalyptic disease next day.

Yep this. That's what I do if I forget to make it. I mean what's gonna happen if you sleep on the directly on the mattress for one night?

I have cried over this before.

They're warm but thin and light weight. One double duvet fits in my machine, it's on the line and dry within an hour! So good. We all have one now.
