Disneyland Paris in a day?

Can we manage it?

Tween and teen.

Disney isn’t my thing but I’m sure I will get caught up in it all when I get there and enjoy it.

Heading to Paris in August and would prefer not to use two days of the trip at Disney but also don’t want to waste £500 on one day if we can’t do it all.

My Dutch friend says this too. She took her two children years ago and highly recommends it.

Queues were horrendous for some things in august and this was 11 years ago before they brought it paying to jump queues essentially (fast passes were free but you could only get one at a time). Some rides didn’t have queues/5-10 minutes only. Only book one park and go to the back of the park first. In summer only some rides are open late. The parades are popular so if you skip them ride queues decrease also at lunchtime. No glass allowed inside, you can refill water bottles, no big bags allowed inside so split food across each person. We did eat inside one proper meal (pirates of Caribbean restaurant) but I did nights, went to Paris one day and left the kids at the park as teenagers

@JungAtHeartthe Jardin d’Acclimatation is in Neuilly which is like Kensington! Not dodgy at all.

We used to live in Paris and had annual passes for Disney. We would often go after school on a Friday evening - we’d get there around 5.00 and leave just before the fireworks to avoid the rush for the RER. You can fit quite a lot in!
