Wtf Brad Pitt?! I remember hearing about this but seeing it wrote down in black and white is awful. Those poor kids must’ve been terrified, and to think they was trapped in the sky. Anyone else seen this before ?

He’s vile. I can remember reading that the air crew were absolutely terrified as well.
As far as I can remember, there was some nod to him having alcohol/drugs issues.
I can remember his first wife saying he smoked a lot of pot and sat around all day.
A pretty face doesn’t always mean a pretty person.
I am not Amber Heard’s biggest fan but that footage of Johnny Depp screaming at her and destroying the kitchen was awful. He said vile things about her and about Vanessa Paradis as well. And as much as Kate Moss stood up for him, he treated her like dirt, too.
Jolie got a lot of flack for getting with Pitt - she stole him from America’s sweetheart. She is a big bonkers, but she has continued looking after those children. And she’s a really talented actress as well.

That report has been out for years.

Yep. This thread is suspiciously quiet. It seems The beautiful Brad Pitt can do no wrong.

Did he have contact with any of the kids after this? Was he prosecuted? It’s a horrible list of events.

I figured something bad had gone on given the children won’t have anything to do with him now.

Sadly, people hate Angelina Jolie so much that they didn't believe it or believed Jolie and her kids 'deserved it' hence the lack of outrage.

I hadn't realised that it was physical, his PR did a good job of minimising. Poor Angelina and the kids, they must've been terrified.

Look at the way he moved on from Jennifer Anniston, he didn’t care one iota for her feelings and publicly humiliated her.
He has a handsome face but his personality is awful and abusive!

It's not: it came out when the court documents were filed. There's also the story about the vineyard they own(ed) in France: she sold her 50% stake and he sued her in order to try to force her to remain in business with him. Clear case of financial abuse.

What has happened is that Brad Pitt's crisis PR have over the years worked to make sure it wasn't and isn't news. Stories of him getting sober. Photos of him on the red carpet wearing a skirt (ooh sensitive).

Angelina Jolie has said very little so one suspects a NDR. Or at the very least a desire to protect her children - most of whom are estranged from him, one of whom has recently dropped his surname officially.

And people keep him in work, because the film industry seems fine with keeping on rewarding abusive men.

If it’s true that his own children don’t speak to him then that speaks volumes.
Jennifer Aniston had a very lucky escape.
I think people are very quick to vilify AJ and make her the villain if the piece.
No excuse for what Brad Pitt has done.

This isn’t new. It’s been out for a few years that he is/was abusive

Every time there’s a post of Angelina on Instagram there’s a bunch of people attacking her for either ‘stealing’ BP from JA or getting all the children disown him for no good reason.

I remember hearing something about a plane and him drinking too much but had no idea to the extent of it. I assume many people don’t so I am happy people are talking now and hopefully there will be more understanding and empathy for his ex wife and children.

He's on the well worn rehabilitation path these days, lots of interviews telling everyone how he's a changed man, blaming it on the drugs and alcohol. He's sober now don't you know.....

He's a vile man and Angelina and the kids are well rid of him. I won't be going to see F1.

Brad was the one who was married to JA, he is the one who decided to move on to a different woman, he broke her trust in him,
AJ got vilified for them getting together and again when the divorced dragged on.
Why is the women always blamed ? And the men get a slap on the back?

I think he has recently admitted that he had a problem with alcohol and has stopped drinking. He was drinking during that flight.

What is described is appalling. At that time he was disgraceful.

But do you think alcoholism is a disease? If not then sure, he should suffer consequences for what he did forever more.

But if you do think it is a disease, now he is in remission/ recovering shouldn’t what happened that day be viewed with the forgiveness we have for people who do appalling things during a mental health crisis?

Brad Pitt is a good box office draw and also a prominent producer. He makes money for people. They are not going to turn their backs on him or punish him in any way whatsoever.

So what? This was nearly a decade ago. Who cares?
