Has anyone ever wanted more to order online from M&S?

I don't think I'm remotely their best customer, but I keep thinking "oh maybe marks" and then remembering that I can't

(For other reasons I lean on online methods)

Need underwear, ended up with Next

That and some of the actual clothes I can't buy

And then there's school uniform bits

Yes!! I have a £50 gift e-voucher burning a hole in my account!! And I really need maternity underwear 😭

Yep! Never mind what they're losing on a daily basis, what about all the customers they are losing who are going elsewhere and probably won't come back!

It’s quite ironic how M&S has been slagged off for years and now their online shopping isn’t possible the moaning and complaining is off the scale!

I love M&S and hope they get back on their feet soon. I must admit I’m saving a fortune at the moment!

Im so ready to order! Went into the Norwich store at the weekend to try and pick up some bits I’ve been eyeing up online but (understandably) their stock is so low; the one pair of sandals I really wanted they only had a size 3 left (which my yeti sized feet won’t fit into). Was really hoping to get some specific things before my holiday.

I had forgotten about school uniform. The trousers are the only ones that fit DS.

I think everyone will go back to M&S! For the great summer Sale they’re going to have if nothing else!

Yes the amount of revenue they must be losing on school uniform alone is worrying. Next and JL must have benefitted from this issue.

Yes. Bought some really lovely jeans in store last week and wanted to get them in a different colour (didn’t have my size in that colour in store) went on line….and nope…
Also, the stock in store is odd? Pretty much everything is available in size 18 and above but nothing below that? In most things?

I really want to order things. I just had major surgery and couldn’t get out for a few weeks and really wanted to order some new clothes (first world problem I know)
I have managed to get out this week and needed new knickers. Leeds had no size 14 multipack knickers in store, the other Leeds store had very limited stock and Wakefield didn’t have any of one particular style.

Yep! Had to send my friend birthday flowers today from another online flower store. I normally use M&S for birthday flowers as I think their flowers are great and reasonably priced and delivery reliable. No idea what these new flowers will be like!

Yes! I can only get my obscure bra size from M&S (yep, even Bravissimo and all the other specialist sites don’t do my size. Trust me I’ve spent hours scouring the net) and it’s online only! Typically, two of my bras have lost a hook this month and so I’m now in dangerous territory bra-wise.

This is likely because M&S is having a moment with all the young influencers… so people are buying all the smaller sizes in store as they can’t go online.

Yes me! DH is depot staff si we get 20% off everything, including the other brands on their website.

Yes, not helped by the fact I get online ads every 3 seconds. I did go into a shop and it was post apocalyptic. I'm not shopping anywhere else as yet so I guess I'm saving money at least.

I need HeatGen thermals for an upcoming holiday - not stocked in store at this time of year because… summer. I also need a neutral / white supportive bra in size 34F. Again, they don’t seem to have any in store (I’ve tried my 3 nearest branches).. if only I was a 34C!

I never shop at m&s but I've been on their site a few times since they've had their problems

They sell loose chub rub shorts (kind of bloomers I guess). I neeeeeed some (but not quite so much that I'm willing to brave the shop).

Yes! I ordered some trousers just before it all went to pot but they were too short so need to reorder in petit, cannot find them in the right size in store anywhere so desperate to order online.

I’m desperate for new bras. However my local M&S shut a few years ago and it really pisses me off that I might have been able to pop in and get what I need.

I'm off to find another supplier for bras and think that M&S have had the last lot of my money!!

Yes! I need to buy bed linen and have been waiting weeks to order from m&s!

I hadnt ordered in about a year but recently got some new undies. Was just about to order more when the attack happened. Too much hassle to go to town at the weekend just to see if they are even in stock
