Has anyone ever wanted more to order online from M&S?

I don't think I'm remotely their best customer, but I keep thinking "oh maybe marks" and then remembering that I can't

(For other reasons I lean on online methods)

That was a good set of glasses - can't order more
Could do with a .... no
Adverts for bags ... forget it
Need underwear, ended up with Next

That and some of the actual clothes I can't buy

And then there's school uniform bits

I hope they get back soon

I think M&S do a lot of different items at a reasonable price but ok quality so meet the needs of a variety of people. I don’t really know another shop that successfully caters to babies, school kids, teenagers (maybe pushing it - but maybe not to some extent), young adults, adults, and the elderly.

I just went on the app and it let me order.

I think that was a lovely dream you had.

I actually double checked they hadn't soft launched based on this, but alas no

Still no wine glasses, school uniform or bags for me

Had the last pair in stock of a pair of trousers I've been hankering after, having bought some in a different colour before "the incident", but you get frustratingly close, but ultimately no you cannot order

I stopped shopping when they started advertising on GB News earlier this year.

So far I have managed everything from somewhere else.

But - DD needs new bras and despite trying on a lot, the most comfortable ones are from M&S. And they never have her size in stock in the stores.

So it's now off to even more expensive shops to get her comfortable ones. (And she likes wearing bras and looks a ton better with them, so no recommendations to go braless.)

Yes, it's one of my closest shops, I'm always in there picking up socks, boxers etc and the staff are so lovely, it's awful.

I wanted some trainer liner socks as mine have got knackered. I usually get them from M&S. I am down to a handful of socks now, never mind!

I'm desperate and check every day 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣

I had a very quick lunch break in the city today which included grabbing lunch from M&S and a very very Quick Look around their women’s section as I exited the shop . Wish I could have followed up that quick browse with an online order they had some nice bits
i generally like to order online so I can try on in the peace of my home and easy returns
