Americans seem to see their military hegemony as just foreigners leeching off American taxpayers.
Now they start to experience the other side of protecting foreigners: Business, trade, and Investments.
Or more accurately, they see that withdrawal and threats lead to less business, trade, and deinvestments.
Trusts comes on foot but leaves on horseback.
It is a pity to have to see that Republican Fools will learn how easily they are parted from their money.

@SerendipityJane I wonder how they will find out who has visited where. If this new law is for national security reasons then it should apply equally to US citizens too. But then, not much makes sense <sigh>.

Instead we have BBQ’d and I have eaten my body weight in chocolate/cake. I do have a craving for scones now though…

I've been having a mad Catholic time this past few weeks. First Confession, First Holy Communion, leaving Mass, Easter, a cancelled canonisation, my ma going to Pope Francis's funeral and a new Pope!

Holy week seems a lifetime away, I'm all chapelled out and the big Novena hasn't even started.😭

My poor wee head has been too mangled to deal with anything else.
