I'm not sure MAGA will change as it's a cult, like those 80s televangelists with lots of shouting and bad suits. It's the people who voted for him and weren't MAGA, voting for (misguided in thinking that he would fix things and not make them 1000 times worse) economic reasons that can probably be swayed now. It depends. As far as MAGA is concerned, most Europeans & Australian/New Zealanders aren't 'foreigners', they're 'long lost relatives'. At least those coming from Northern European ethnic 'roots' are.

There's something medical going on, isn't there? I mean other than the mental decline which has been visible for so long.

To a high degree, I think public figures should have as much privacy over their health stuff as the rest of us. But if it tips over into affecting their capacity to do job, it starts to be everyone's business.

I think Trump may be past that point, and we should consider the real possibility of having President Vance. He's also a headbanger, but he's different sort of headbanger.
