Tbh it's not just her, all of the people featured in the piece are just as bad - they seem to be totally credulous and have fallen for lots of heavily marketed pseudoscience (or they are trying to sell it themselves).

Also their times don’t add up…one of them claimed to be going 10-20 minutes of oil pulling (yuk) between (I think) 5.25 and 5.30am…(was definitely a 5 min gap)…I think they are making it up to see how credulous people really can be!!!
