I was snapping around the edges of purple but just couldn't get there, so have to call it BD.

Incidentally, I noticed that recently there have been less (fewer?!) refs to American sports teams, which seemed to be a frustrating feature of early Connections.

There is now (if you look at the drop-down NYT menu) a 'Connections: Sports Edition' game, which I presume/hope is where most of those connections now live. Anyway, I tried it yesterday and today with teen DSs who are into all things sports, and they really enjoyed it. Just as an fyi if that floats your boat.
