I saw yellow first but one of them didn’t seem to fit. Green leapt out to me, not sure why.

This was such an odd one. The only category that hangs together for me is purple. Yellow was a guess for the 4th, Green I had another connection (which was just as spurious) and I think one of the blues was a bit clunky. (IMHO!)

My connection for green yesterday was “things I’ve bought in an airport”, which turned out to be quite close to the answer. All those things are at the checkout in US supermarkets, but not here.
