My 18yo son just came back from a day out and

Gave me this. I love elephants.
He stopped in Asda on the way home after spending the day with his friends.
He is autistic and sometimes it's hard to gauge his emotions but I just found it so lovely that he thought of me 😭

What a lovely gesture
It’s really lovely when they do something unexpected. Sometimes my DS who is also on the spectrum goes to our local beach after college, (15 minute walk away) and gets us (me, him and my mum) the classic beach donuts. He knows me and my mum love them so he gets them for us x
