I think I need to make tea fairly soon as I’ve just polished off 4 multi pack bags of Quavers! Veg is prepped already. I’m having a glass or 3 of Freixenet Zero. It’s very quiet as DH is at Pets At Home buying hay & straw for the bunnies & DD16 is lurking in her room, no doubt with her AirPods in. It’s still light outside which is making me very happy. Loving the lengthening days.

Did a 24k trail race this morning so I'm enjoying my post race "eat everything that doesn't eat me first and also I deserve some wine" session Also getting through the laundry backlog. Going to make tacos for dinner about 7. Then I'm commandeering the remote and watching the Brutalist.

Just eaten an early dinner of a Thai prawn curry and off the the cinema with DH, some Percy Pigs and a bag of minstrels 😁

Just back from a lovely day out, nice walk and lovely cafe. Im having tea and hot cross bun and that will do me for dinner.

Not bad. Got Deliveroo wagamamas for the kids and even DS2 ate the rice and veggies! Wtf! Amazing! So I will have the jacket potato I made for him for my tea later. French doors open and dusk chorus (is that a thing?) coming through from the garden, love it! Hopefully a quiet evening doing a bit of work and watching Netflix ALONE woohooooo!

We've just come inside - me from the garden where I was weeding (and also sitting in the sun with a G&T) and DH and the DC from playing basketball in the park. Got a takeaway on order and a good book and glass of wine waiting for me. Might play a board game or some MarioKart as a family after eating.

Just hanging around waiting for it to be time to collect dd2 from work. Then home for dinner that DH has cooked and some wine!

Lovely so far.
The kids are happily munching a bowl of strawberries with lashing of squirty cream on top in front of the telly, DP is watching the rugby, I’m sat with a brew. Can’t complain.
Its been a nice day, pottered in the garden, went to B&Q, did a tip run.
Something about fresh air and some sunshine which makes my heart sing.

Domesticated and lazy. I have nice food in and a lemon cheesecake.

Waiting for an Amazon parcel to arrive at the local supermarket, they have until 10pm...doesn't matter if it only turns up tomorrow as Sunday is wash day so I can be flexible.

My romantic interest of a few years is worried as I haven't been in contact for a week but I've been fretting about things and don't want to offload to him.

Film and cup of tea later, superb!

Looking back on a lovely morning ringing bells with friends for International Womens' Day.
Now drinking tea, and will watch Poirot tonight.

I’m watching Sort Your Life Out on iPlayer waiting for Gladiators to start. It’s the one with the mum who has terminal cancer so very emotional. At least I think so; DH has fallen asleep on the sofa next to me!

Making some kind of chicken and chorizo traybake for dinner.

Just had chilli, rice and broccoli. Kids having a small scoop of ice cream.

We've had a whole day device free so the older 2 are having an hour now.

We'll watch a few episodes of Young Sheldon later and then I'll head to bed and read. Wild Saturday nights are a thing of the past 😂

Did parkrun with friends today but it was a bloody early start!

CalicoPusscat it was good fun; ringing is a lovely hobby. Satisfying when you get it right and the bells sound good.

I'm eating a mango. I was going to have a kebab but I forgot that Said was shutting early because of Ramadan. Pizza van is shut as well until Easter. I'm going to have to cook. There's no other option.

I'm on my way out to meet a friend and eat all the tapas!

Watching my football team on tv with wine, will have baked camembert and assorted nice things(pate, deli meats, baguette) for dinner afterwards. Maybe pick a film.

Trying to stop the cats fighting......

I'm enjoying the peace and quiet as DS ( teenager) and 'D'H are giving me the silent treatment .

My crime .... going out for cream tea with two girlfriends for the day .

I've had a lovely day and catch up , I won't let them spoil my mood

I'm not well, since about this time yesterday, so I've been on the sofa or in bed all day. DH is making fajitas, I feel robbed of my weekend.
