How often do you weigh yourself?

I go through periods where I'm constantly weighing myself, and then periods where I hide from the scales.
I'm a very healthy weight but get really depressed about gaining even a kilo and sometimes they just seem to add on out of nowhere.

Never. I don't need to know how much I weigh. I can see by looking in the mirror what size my body is/how much fat I'm carrying.

Every week. I'm trying to keep below a weight which I know puts me at risk of pre diabetes. I have under active thyroid which makes losing weight hard and high blood pressure and need to keep in check because my family history means I'm at risk of diabetes.

I try to take a long view of the trend though and not obsess.

I don't understand how the " clothes are fitting me" thing works because clothes stretch with wear, size 10, 12, 14 etc isn't an accurate measurement.

Probably monthly out of interest
BMI 22 but about to start meds for T2 diabetes. I'm hesitant as I worry about gaining weight on them. Disability related rather than self esteem

Never. Firstly because I don't want to know. Secondly because I learned a long time ago that weighing myself doesn't make me eat more healthily, eat less or stick to a diet.
