Spa Stay Alone?

Hey all, new here! I'm really debating whether to book a 1 night spa stay for myself. The package includes a treatment, spa access, dinner and breakfast etc.

I've lost a few friends since having my children (I'm 31), and my hubby isn't really fussed about spas, and I wouldn't want to drag him along to be a downer ha - so is it normal to go by myself?! I keep thinking to be brave and just do it, just the thought of getting any funny stares etc is putting me off! Then I think - a double bed, peaceful sleep and to chill for a whole day would be bliss.

Has anyone done similar? Thanks!

I did it last weekend! I read loads and went for a long walk, 24 hours with myself. I ate in the bar alone and had a few glasses of wine, mostly reading my book and sometimes just sitting there lost in my own thoughts. Heaven.

I used to do.it regularly when.my dcs were small 20 years ago. I'd go for 3 nights and loved it.

I've done this and it's lovely. Lady on front desk asked me if I wanted to join the singles table for dinner. I politely declined...

Yes I have and loved it. No one else to have to consider or think about just did what I wanted which was relaxing and switching off for 24 hours.
Highly recommend it.

I have and loved it - had a Twilight Massage on a massage bed in my room surrounded by tea lights and then (literally) rolled into bed and slept for 12 hours straight! Room service if you don't fancy the restaurant- or take a book and enjoy. Best spa trip ever!
