I’ve just finished washing up. DD requested a roast chicken dinner, so there is left over chicken for lunch tomorrow 🍗
i have lit some candles and am about to hit the ironing while watching Call The Midwife.
I bought a box hair die so might do that later if I don’t run out of energy!
What are you up to?

I’m sitting on the sofa relaxing after being at urgent care for 2 hours with palpitations - all fine just the blooming menopause!

I'm revising bone lesions for a pathology exam. Just about to jack it in for the day and watch some shite on the telly with DH. DH is making me a chai latte.
DC are en route to bed (hopefully).

I'm currently sat on the sofa, drinking cranberry and raspberry tea and finishing listening to the podcast I've been devouring over the weekend. DH is doing some of a puzzle book; DS1 has just got in from a walk and opened some mango sorbet in bed. DS2 is minecrafting and DD is watching Netflix. We also had roast chicken for dinner, with chocolate trifle for dessert. Some trifle left for DD to have tomorrow (INSET for her, DS1 will be in charge) and some chicken made into chicken mayo for DS1.

Once I've finished this podcast episode, I'm going to go up to bed and read for an hour or so. Back to work tomorrow and I'm not mentally prepared, but I am beyond grateful that it's an INSET so I have at least an afternoon to settle into the week. Will get to leave slightly later than usual in the morning too, and head home bang on time, so I can try to squeeze in the last of my marking tomorrow afternoon. I was done with it this afternoon, after working on it all yesterday and today morning. Sometimes teaching English is a pain.

Will probably take another hot drink up to bed with me and get a relatively early night.

I'm on the night shift until 8am. Looking forward to a nice evening catching up on call the midwife tomorrow.

Drinking a hot chocolate & watching ‘A Thousand Blows’ on Disney plus. It’s been a very busy weekend so am enjoying the peace, quiet and relaxation before work tomorrow!

I had a chat to my mate for an hour, did my physio stretches, cooked a roast chicken dinner and have half an eye on an old horror film I like, Dog Soldiers.

Just finishing a mug of hot water and contemplating going to bed early. It's been a busy half term week!

I'm drinking my ninth glass of wine at my in laws house while wondering if I'll ever get home

Watching Call the Midwife. Back to work tomorrow after a few days off. Had quite a boring day (I don’t really like being with in-laws and then dh watches sport). Going to relax now for evening.

Sat on the sofa with dh watching Zero Day and drinking wine. It’s half term next week and I’m on holiday from work, so I may have a second glass.

In bed with my partner - we properly watched a film together which was nice (we don't do enough of that - usually one of us is watching something and the other is on their phone or whatever). Now we have Bruce Parry on but are also both on our phones!

We have had some Welsh cakes I made, (and roast chicken earlier - I made the leftovers into coronation chicken which we can have in sandwiches tomorrow.)

The dog is asleep in here on my expensive throw - he and my partner don't live here full time, and the dog hasn't really settled into the bed I made him yet, preferring purple satin it would appear.

My daughter is at her dad's - haven't heard from her tonight but I think they are at a family event.

Dreading work tomorrow, though for no good reason! Just that usual Sunday night thing ..... I actually like my job!

Just had my tea out of what I could find in the fridge - fried egg, white pudding. Toast, chocolate mousse. Now watching The Dry and stressing about work tomorrow - I’m way behind on a project and despite working on it all day today, I’m never going to catch up. Off to bed in a minute to read my book. Exciting times.

About to shower and wash my hair, and then get on with making sure I'm sorted for the first day back at school after half term, probably with some tea and chocolate.

Catching up on the Apprentice as we were out Thursday, Friday & Saturday night.

I have a nice glass of red and DH is rubbing cream into my feet - bliss

Making a tumeric based drink I'm gna beat this cold before it starts properly!! 👊

Did a workout, sumos and deadlifts.
Washed up after tea.
Made my bed, stripped it this morning and forgot it needed remaking 🙄.
Made pack up.
Put Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on.
Did a pedicure.
Brushed the ddog as she's moulting, nearly lost my hand, snappy little arsehole!
Currently having a cuppa tea then I'm off to bed as I've got to be up for work at 5am

Have prepped for tomorrow, lunch, clothes etc. Have now lay on the sofa and wished I'd just done straight up stairs to bed as I know I'll lie here scrolling for way too long!

Just had a shower, lounging on the settee now and been texting my friend that I'd watched Cat on a Hot Tin Roof yesterday and how stunningly beautiful Elizabeth Taylor was and how drop dead gorgeous Paul Newman was.

They don't make them like that any more 😞

Had a shower, put away some laundry, having a glass or two of wine with some cheese and crackers while watching zero day. I will probably fall asleep while watching it and DH will send me off to bed.

Just had a chat with my eldest DS who has been out all weekend with his hobby,looking through his photos. Been WhatsApping my SIL who lives abroad.

Going to give the dog a brush. Might watch Unforgotten, but really should go to bed.

DS made basa curry and naan bread for tea. Dh has just got in from work. I've been listening to the Cure and reading. I've had two glasses of wine. I'm heading to bed early with my book as have a busy day tomorrow.
