I drink far too much fizzy pop. Over 2 litres a day . I never suffered with bloating ever. And I've had the bad habit for 25 years. However I used to drink far more.
I'm struggling now Always bloated uncomfortable and now gaining weight. ( the drinks are diet , however I know the sweetness are bad and make me crave junk)

The only other drink I have is tea. But 3 sugars, I know, I know!
I'm getting to peri age and I really need to make a change. So far by sheer luck whe I had all my bloods done for over 40s medical they were all within normal range across the board. I know this is luck and won't always be the case which is why I want to make changes.

So I need to make changes , I like the idea of a herbal tea. As well as health benefits, even if I started with 1 cup in the morning and evening, I will make it a part of my routine.

I love Bird and Blend teas, they have loads of amazing flavours.

Freshly squeezed lime juice with fizzy water is nice if you want something cold and fizzy.

I make my own mint tea with fresh mint leaves. So refreshing.

I've just discovered M&S triple mint teabags. By far the most delicious herbal tea I've ever had.

A variety box sounds a great idea.

Twinings do some mixed boxes, they're good for finding what suits you, we like the Digest one mentioned upthread, and also Sleep which is apple, vanilla and camomile (I think).

Pukka does a lovely three mint one.
